Tough Fluid Dynamics Problem attached. Problem doesn't give diameter of pipe so we don't know velocity. The best approach would probably be to work in flow rates instead of velocities. Maybe solve for the diameter of pipe in terms of the friction factor and also find the reynolds number in terms of diameter. Now it would just be a trial and error process (trying different "f" values until the right answer is found)
