Training can be a very expensive exercise. Therefore, it is important to first determine what training is necessary before expending resources on it$.$ You are tasked to conduct a needs assessment amongst line managers. Determine what training the line managers will need to effectively manage the performance of their virtual teams. Discuss the Training Needs Assessment Model $($Cascio $2019$ Figure $15\mathrm{.}3)$ and illustrate what kind of information should guide all future choices regarding training methods and evaluation strategies.
