Many would argue that project management's biggest impacts occur at the beginning of a project and managing the cost

of a project. The project in your case study has been approved by the stakeholders; you are now tasked with creating a

project scope and cost estimate. You may want to review the case study as you complete this assignment.

Create a $1-$ ?to $2-$ page project scope using your case study. It should list stakeholders, project goals, background on

the project, cost estimate, and expected time to completion. You can assume that the project will take $5$ ?months

with an initial cost estimate of $ $150,000.$ ?Note: the project scope should have the $5$ ?elements listed above there

should be more than one or two stakeholders and the goals and background need some detail to be a complete

document.

Create a $1-$ page monthly cost estimate for this project using spreadsheet software. Use the work breakdown

structure $($ WBS $)$ ?in the case study and document your assumptions in preparing the cost estimate. Assume a

labor rate of $ $100$ ?per hour for the project manager and $ $60$ ?per hour for other project team members. Assume a labor

rate of $ $100$ ?per hour for any outsourced work. Labor costs for users are not included, and there are no additional

hardware costs. The total estimate should be $ $150,000$ ?and will not include the cost of acquiring the learning materials
