True or false On June $23,1963,$ the Reverand Dr$.$ Martin Luther King, Jr$.$ gave an untitled speech during which he spoke the phrase "I have a dream." Later that summer, from August $24$ through August $28,1963,$ he wrote a new speech to be delivered at a march for civil rights on August $28$ in Washington DC in front of the Lincoln Memorial. The two speeches$-$in June and August $1963$contained some of the same ideas and words. The August speech might be considered a derivative work of the June speech, owned and thus controlled by Dr$.$ King.
