Types of Job Performance Directions: For each scenario below identify the (1) type of job performance it is and whether you would use (2) objective or subjective criteria to measure it. 1) Henry is a project manager for the Scheinhardt Wig Company. A fellow project manager named Shawn requests Henry's help on a project management issue. Henry decides to take 20 minutes to answer Shawn's questions. 2) James work at the IT helpdesk at Miskatonic University. He receives a call from Prof. Drury in the Economics department who has difficulty logging into his Blackboard account. James asks Prof. Drury a series of questions to better understand the technical problem. James then provides Prof. Drury with the updated log-in information and he is able to log into Blackboard. 3) Sally is a waitress at a local restaurant. She greets customers, takes their order, and brings their food to them. Sally also spends time with her co-workers on breaks joking around and having fun. 4) Bryant works for Value Smart, an American retail giant. He works in their warehouse managing shipments for retail items. Sometimes shipments arrive in boxes that have been damaged and are open. When this happens, Bryant takes items for himself and tells his supervisor that the items went missing. He think it won't hurt anyone because no one will know and he's just taking it from the company. 5) Larissa is an office assistant at the law firm of Babip, Pecota, Vorp, & Eckstein. She is also a student at Marshall College. When she's not dang office work at her law firm she often prints out notes and slides from her coursework from Marshall College. No one at her law firm job knows that she prints her notes at work.
