Hello! I really need some help with creating a SWOT Analysis point by point (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)for an imaginary company that my group and I are working on. The company is basically a car detailing company, we thought of having a big RV and making it into car detailing shop, so that it can travel to any place (customer's house, a Walmart parking lot etc) whenever customers need us. We will have different car detailing packages that we would offer depending on the customer's budget.

Also what would be some of the qualitative risks and milestones and customer segmentation we can consider for this company?
