UESTION $3(20$ Marks$)$ Mbali Projects, a medium$-$sized construction firm, has been contracted by the Dube family to construct a custom$-$designed, eco$-$friendly $4-$bedroom house on a newly acquired plot in a suburban estate in Midrand. The house will include energy$-$saving features such as solar panels, greywater systems, and insulated walls. Sipho Khumalo, the appointed project manager, is responsible for overseeing the entire project from planning through to completion, ensuring the building is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. Sipho has been utilising the tool provided in Figure $1$ to improve project planning.
