Under the equal pay act

	Each payment of wages that is discriminatory is considered a new act of discrimination.

An arbitration agreement might be held to be invalid if:

	The employee must sign it as a condition of employment
	The contract provides the same remedies that are available through litigation
	The contract requires the employee to pay for the arbitration
	The arbitration agreement is a standard form
