Our leader whose name is Akashdeep Singh ensured we were punctual at our destinations and with a clear understanding of our roles and duties, efficiently delegated them. t criticize and be confident. Our group leader was confident from the start and provided affirmative feedback which was very helpful because of the complexity of the tasks which stick attached to form a building and kept motivating us throughout the activity. Our team leader was not bossy or authoritative at all which helped us communicate openly. For example, when we didn

t know how to begin our activity, the team leader guided us through some basic ideas and provided his best wisdom to complete the activity promptly.

One area where our leader could improve would be the speed of his instructions. For example, when we were assigned to form a building with the help of sticks, joints, and tape. The team leader is giving instructions to us in a speedy manner which is unable to match the pace of the team leader. However, these things also help us to complete the activity promptly.

If I were the team leader, I would take care about the speed of instructions that are given by me to my teammates.
