Due Date: Sunday 11:59 p.m. Unit 2 Points: 100 Overview: In this assignment, you will be creating your personal vision for leadership development and outlining ways to be proactive. Instructions: In a voice-over PowerPoint presentation, respond and reflect on the following questions: 1. What is the importance of taking initiative as a leader? 2. What is the significance of the habit loop when developing willpower? 3. Discuss ways that you can be more proactive in your life using language and the circle of concern as your backdrop. Requirements: The PowerPoint should be comprised of a minimum of 4 slides and a maximum of 5 slides excluding the Title and Reference page. APA format, including an in-text citation for referenced works. When using sources, credit must be given in the notes section on the slide where you used the reference.
