STEPS TO TAKE 1. Access and review the following: Updated Summary of Events Industry Information document from Workplace Assessment Task 3. Workplace policies and procedures for Quality Assurance performance. 

2. Monitor the two day-to-day work activities including: Identify at least two current issues Identify at least two current trends Determine resolution required to address issue identified Implement resolution identified. 

3. Review the day-to-day activities on workplace practices for the following: At least two opportunities for improvements At least two quality of work performance observations. 

4. Record observations in Updated Summary of Information document. 

5. Share information collected to at least two colleagues YOU WILL BE ASSESSED ON YOUR Practical knowledge of opportunities to update knowledge of events industry information Practical skills relevant to monitoring and sharing information on events industry.
