TUBITAK would like to keep a research database to track projects and researchers that have received various funds and also their institutions. Various funds are offered by TUBITAK. Funds have a total value. There are also minimum and maximum limits for the amount that can be granted to a research project, the actual amount granted to a project may vary. TUBITAK would like to record the total value and the minimum and maximum limits for funds, as well as their names and descriptions. All funds are of interest, even if the fund may not have been granted to any projects yet. Only projects that have received funds, and only researchers who are working on one or more of these fund receiving projects are of interest to TUBITAK. There may be multiple researchers working on a project, but there must be at least one researcher working on it.
