You are to write a program to compute total tuition and fees for a student. Ask the user to enter their status, either grad or ugrad. (Assume the user will enter this correctly.) Ask the user to enter their total credit hours for the quarter. (Assume the user will enter this correctly.) If grad, then tuition is $1000 per credit hour. If ugrad, then tuition is $800 per credit hour for hours up to and including 16. All hours beyond 16 are free (no tuition charge). If grad, basic fees are $100 plus $10 per credit hour.
