USE DECISION TREE AND GAME THEORY TECHNIQUES!!!!!!!

Please define a business problem on which you can apply the decision making techniques we have seen in our lectures. You may find this problem by searching on Internet or by interviewing with one companys manager. After this data collection, you should define a business problem with all information sufficient to apply decision making techniques you will use. Moreover, you should answer the questions below while defining the business problem:

• What is the problem and why is it important?
• What kind of decision should be made for this problem?
• What is/are the goal(s) of this decision?
• Which criteria should be considered while making this decision?
• What are the decision alternatives in this decision?

After defining problem, please discuss which decision-making techniques (we learnt) are more appropriate for the problem. Then, apply two decision making techniques for the same problem, which you find appropriate with respect to the characteristics of the decision making problem. Next, please show all steps of the techniques while finding the best decision. After this, you should discuss the solutions of the techniques applied. Do both of the techniques show the same alternative as the best alternative? If no, why do you think? If yes, why do you think?
