You may find this problem by searching on Internet or by interviewing with one companys manager. After this data collection, you should define a business problem with all information sufficient to apply decision making techniques you will use. Moreover, you should answer the questions below while defining the business problem:

• What is the problem and why is it important?
• What kind of decision should be made for this problem?
• What is/are the goal(s) of this decision?
• Which criteria should be considered while making this decision?
• What are the decision alternatives in this decision?
