Design a 4 to 4 decoder that implements the following truth table: You are free to use any methods to design this decoder. You can use k-maps but can also use other methods, e.g., logic using multiplexers (tip: this requires you to notice patterns between input and outputs in the above table but can lead to simple design). Connect the four outputs to lights and show it works with the following input combinations: ABCD=0001,0111,0110,1010,0010,1100,0100V=0110,0110,1100,0011,0001,0001,0001
