Question: Use Microsoft Excel to investigate the following function: f ( x ) = ( 1 / 3 ) x 3 - 3 x 2 +

Use Microsoft Excel to investigate the following function:
f(x)=(1/3)x3-3x2+2x-6
(Note that this function is slightly different than the one in the previous question)
Use the Newton-Raphson Method to find the root of the function.
The first derivative of the function is f'(x)= x2-6x+2.
Do not incorporate the first order numerical method for computing the derivative that was demonstrated in the second half of the notes for this topic.
Use an initial guess of x0=+7.
What is the value of the approximation of the root at the end of the first full iteration (i.e. x2)? If you set up a table like the one in the notes, this would be the value in the far right column of the row corresponding to i =1 or the value in the first column of the row labeled i =2.
Include at least three digits after the decimal in your answer.
