The static image (SVG format) must be shown with coordinate axes while the animated image (gif format) must be on plain white background. Set fig size = 10 for each. The animated image must be in an infinite loop. One character must rotate clockwise while the other must rotate counterclockwise. You may freely assign the position of the characters. Just be sure they can fit the same frame and they do not overlap during the animation. For frame dimensions, you may freely choose the values xmin, xmax ymin and ymax.
