This assignment is designed to give you practice with opening files for reading and writing. Your assignment is to download the data file for this assignment, which is a text file of random words that are lower case. Your job is to open the file, and read each word, then take that word and upper case it, then write it to a new file. So you should not change the original file, but instead create a "copy" of the file but with uppercase words. Make sure to ask the user what they want the name of the new output file to be.
