Use Technology Acceptance Model to design a questionnaire on Fintech adoption of the staff and students of Leaders Institute. In the questionnaire, include some demographic characteristics like gender, age group, educational status, etc. Your dependent variable should be a scale measuring the extent of Fintech adoption. Make efforts to elicit responses on the perceived usefulness of technology and perceived ease of use of Fintech in banking transactions. The questionnaire should be placed at the administrative desk at the institute with due permissions from the authority. You can develop the questionnaire as a group in collaboration with the course leader. The course leader will also teach you how to code, enter and analyse the data.

You are also expected to develop an interview schedule. Use the interview schedule in a focus group interview or individual interview of at least three members of the institute. Record the interview and transcribe. Conduct a thematic analysis of the interview. That is, what are the things (themes) that stood out in the interview that are worth discussing?
