Use the following information to develop a schedule

• The design documents are completed and both the state and local permits have been reviewed, approved and are ready to pick-up;
• 1 Acre Site Development- approximately 1 of onsite cut/fill;
• Sanitary storm, sanitary sewer, domestic water, natural gas and electrical service are located onsite approx. 100 away from the building pad;
• Parking for 5 trucks and 10 autos is to be provided;
• 5,000 SF single level pre-engineered metal building for warehouse storage (single owner/tenant);
• 1,000 SF of building is to be used (built) for office space;
• The owner/tenant contractually requires that the building is substantially complete ready for use no later than 6 Months from executed contract and notice to proceed.
