When copying data from one tab to another, ensure that you use the Paste Values and make sure the values are rounded to the nearest whole number (refer to Q5-12 tab). Do not manually enter rounded numbers. Next, identify your sample size listed in the mission memo, and record it for each age group. Calculating Frequency Probability Percentage: First, use the countif function in Excel to count the number of individuals with > 240 mg/dL =countif(CellRange,">240") to identify the total number in your dataset and then divide by the total number of individuals in the data set to get a percentage. = (Number of values greater than 240 mg/dL / total number of people)*100 to identify the percentage of individuals in the dataset that are greater than 240 mg/dL
