Use the templates provided to write a detailed, sequential, training checklist that can be used to train a deli counter worker in the knowledge, skills, and abilities $($KSAs$)$ for that job. The checklist should be two to three pages minimum.

It's the end product $-$ a detailed training checklist of the duties plus the knowledge and skills required to perform each task$/$duty in a competent manner.

If you took that Checklist to wherever you had done your observation, the employer $($for example: Wawa, Subway$)$ should be able to use that as a training guide or checklist to train their new deli counter workers. It summarizes in detail what a deli$-$counter worker needs to know and do to competently perform each step, task, and duty of their job.

Include as part of the checklist a $3-$question job performance$-$satisfaction survey to assess employee motivation.
