A Grapefruit Minor Leagues Teams baseball stadium has two ticket scanners working at stations A and B (one each). The two scanners work independently. The stadium management is trying to determine if they need to open up another ticket scanner station to admit fans for entrance.

Fans arrive randomly at either station. During a recent observation period, the following interarrival times were recorded (in seconds):

Station A: 2, 5, 9, 7, 3, 10, 15, 4, 8

Station B: 7, 5, 8, 4, 9, 11, 6, 2, 12

During the same observation period, the following processing times for the two scanners were recorded as well (in seconds):

Station A: 5, 3, 4, 8, 2, 9, 7, 10, 1, 6

Station B: 9, 4, 7, 1, 8, 8, 5, 10, 6, 3

The stadium management wants to know how many fans, on average, are waiting in Stations A and B. They decided that if, on average, the number of fans waiting in either queue is more than 5, then they would need to open another ticket scanning station.
