Use Windows command-line FTP client to try to connect to the fake FTP server on the Windows machine (Hint: use the 192.168.5.x address, not localhost or 127.0.0.1). Login as anonymous, and any password. Your login will be denied, but you will be able to go through the whole process. What does this tell you about the honeypots ability to emulate a real service? How important is this level of emulation? How could you tell whether this is a real service as an attacker? (Remember, as an attacker you probably wouldnt have valid credentials, so that wouldnt be the way to tell).
