Question 2 University of Utopia plans to enable their students to interact with their library system using a smartphone in addition to the current website which is designed for workstations. In particular, there has been a suggestion of introducing a "my library" feature on the smartphone for a core set of features that may be useful for their undergraduate students, such as (1) search for own record of borrowed books, (2) check reserved items, (3) maintain a to-read list, and (4) pay for library fines. (a) Suggest a usage scenario of a student interacting with a feature to be provided by 'my library'. It should show the main steps of interaction and how the smartphone will support the tasks. (b) A high-fidelity prototype of 'my library' has been produced. Discuss a plan for a user evaluation of this prototype.
