User login page

A user can access an application by providing their username and password on the login screen.

The user would create an account if not already have one.

The login screen would validate the credentials and respond accordingly.

Appointment:

The appointment shall allow the user to schedule an appointment.

In scheduling an appointment, the appointment menu shall enable the user to pick the time, the date and the practitioner.

The appointment shall permit the user to reschedule an appointment for another time in case of emergency.

The appointment shall let the user cancel the scheduled appointment.

Messages:

On the middle of the UI patient will be able to see the message box. Where he will get the latest updates and communication from the hospital.

For the test result

For the billing and other concerns as well.

Appointments/visits:

This window will enable the user to see upcoming visits.

This window will also let the user see past visits.

Health Reports:

Patient can see the report page with dates for each appointment.

Patient is provided with an option to click and view medical history reports.

Patient can print reports from the page.

An email button is provided to allow patients to send an email to a physician.
