Using a single command, please create the following 4 user accounts that will be assigned to the respective persons.

The four user ids are as follows:

-vpfinance

Each users home directory is /home/username

Store a description of the user in the comment field

User accounts expire one year from now when the pilot is over

Assign a password to each user that:

-Must be change at first login, and must be changed every 60 days
