Using an excel file like the one below, how do I answer the question "Create a list of the top 25 most important parts. What % of revenue do those parts account for? What other insights can you gather from the data?"

I do not need answers as the excel file is way larger than the sample picture attached below. Please keep in mind there are numerous part_ID, but the image only shows 000162. I just would like to know how I would make the chart that shows the top most important parts and how to approach the other aspects of the question.
