  • An employee works for only one office at a time.
  • However, NTS wants to maintain employment records of all employees working for different offices with the beginning date and the ending date for each assignment.
  • Each office has a manager responsible for all office business.
• Each property that NTS provides service is registered with one office:
  • Required attributes for a property include Property ID and Address
  • An office may have any number (including 0) of properties managed by the office.
