Denton Realtor is a real estate company with several sales offices in and around Denton. Each sales office (Attributes office number, location) and has one or more employees: o Required attributes for a sales office include Office Number and Location o Required attributes for an employee include Employee ID and Name. o An employee works for only one office at a time. o The company must maintain employment records of all employees working for different offices with the beginning date and the ending date for each assignment o Each office has a manager responsible for all office business. A property is listed with one office: o Required attributes for a property include Property ID and Address o A sales office may have any number (including 0) of properties listed. Each property has one or more owners o Required attributes for an owner of the property include Owner ID and Name o When a property is owned by more than one owner, percentage of the property owned by each owner must be recorded.

PART B Design a database using Microsoft Access from the data model (ERD) you created in the previous assignment. Create all necessary tables and relationships among the tables. Populate each table with at least five records. Make up your own records. Print (save as PDF) the Relationship diagram by opening the Relationship window (Tools Relationships ) and printing the relationship diagram (File Print Relationships ).
