1. What an effective charter should accomplish.
2. How risks, assumptions, and constraints are related, but a unique element of the charter?
3. The role of the project sponsor.
4. Locate a one or two page example of a project charter on the internet, and post the link to your example in your discussion post.
5. Describe the Business Case and how it contributes to the Charter.
6. What is NPV, and how is it used in the Business Case?
