Develop a program that is to be used on a packaging line which uses both CTU and CTD counters. This program will allow for 6 objects to be placed in each box before moving the box over to the shipping department. The program will also keep track of the total number of boxes sent out for shipping. Assume that before the objects are packaged, they are kept in a hopper that feeds them into the packaging line, and this hopper only holds 18 objects at a time.
