Using MS Visio, create two data flow diagrams.

The first should depict the "AS IS" state of your organization's

functions as a new customer is created in your existing system.

The "AS IS" state can capture customer data in an existing

database

The second data flow diagram should depict the "TO BE" state

of your organization's process as a new customer will be

created in the acquired vendor's solution.

In Visio, there are two Visio types of DFD offered to use. You can use either type for this assignment.

I should be able to understand from both diagrams how the process is handled by the organization now (AS IS) and how that process will differ after the implementation of the CRM system (TO BE).
