Question: Using Packet Tracer create a network with the following devices. 2 routers 4 switches 3 servers 5 desktops 6 wireless devices Using the network 172.16.120.0/24
Using Packet Tracer create a network with the following devices.
- 2 routers
- 4 switches
- 3 servers
- 5 desktops
- 6 wireless devices
Using the network 172.16.120.0/24 create a minimum of 6 subnets. Ina note in the packet tracer, provide the network address and broadcast address (include subnet masks) for each of the subnets created.
Create a link between the routers. Assign 1 subnet to the links connecting the routers.
Connect 2 switches to one router and 2 switches to the other router.
Use 1 of the subnets created for the desktops, 1 of the subnets for the wireless devices, and 1 of the subnets for the servers. Divide the devices between the 2 LANS that were created.
VLANS will need to be created in the switches for the VLANs created on each of the LANs.
Label all devices with the device name (hostname) and IP address. Include the subnet mask in CIDR form.
What needs to be configured between the routers for the devices to communicate across both LANS?
Is there a concern or issue with the addresses/ subnet used between the routers? If so, please explain.
