The average ratings must be converted to 2 decimal places. Make sure to rename the column headings appropriately. Based on this pivot table, insert a Pivot Column Chart. Make sure the ratings are displayed as 1 to 5 on the vertical (y) axis with. Resize the pivot chart to 2.5" height x 4" width. See the screenshot below
