Using the envelope procedure calculate the design wind pressure for a building which is to be located outside the city limits of Geneva, Ohio. The building will be used for lawn equipment storage and is primarily surrounded by residential homes. The topography of the area is homogenous and the terrain is open and essentially flat. The proposed building is to be $27$ ft $.$ wide $55ft.$ long and $25$ ft $.$ high with a flat roof. The framing of the building is to be steel framing on all four sides. The roof will be open web joist spanning the $27$ ft $.$ width of the building and are spaced at $5$ ft $.$ on center and covered with metal panels to provide roof diaphragm action. There will be $(1)$ man door $3^{\text{'}}{7}^{\text{'}}$ located on the ${55}^{\text{'}}$ side, and $(1)$ single garage door $8^{\text{'}}{8}^{\text{'}}$ located on the $27\text{'}$ side.
