Using the first sensor probe the resistor and using the second, probe the capacitor. Make sure the sampling rate is at least double the frequency of your generator. Plot the voltage time series. What do you observe? Do the capacitor voltage and resistor voltage maximize and minimize simultaneously? In other words, do they have a phase difference?
