Using the frameworks discussed in Chapter 10, describe in detail the organizational culture of either your current place or work or another organization to which you belong (i.e. sports team/association, not-for-profit, religious organization, etc.). How prevalent is the culture? What are the dimensions of the culture that are most important to you and why? Do you think organizational cultures can span generations or do they change over time?
