prepare a staff development plan to improve the performance of an employee.

The assignment template contains three areas of concern. You have to choose

ONE AREA to write a development plan for. Please be sure you only choose one area of concern.

You will then create3 long-term action goals to help correct the area of concern. You will need to include a specific time frame for improvement.

Then you will create 5-7 Objectives to meet the goals. Identify who will be involved and what role they will play in implementing the Development Plan.

Finally, create

3 consequences

of what will happen if the objectives and goals are not met within the designated time frame.
