Using the information in Table 10.3 in the textbook, develop an Activity-On-Node (AON) network diagram showing the variables in each node. Perform a forward pass and then a backward pass. Determine the Free Float (Slack) and Total Float (Slack) for each node. Then, determine the critical path.I would suggest using Excel for this activity as can build the network diagram graphically and use Excel to perform the calculations.
