content of $11\%$ by volume and modulus of $3000$ MPa under a quad$-$axle

$($QADT$)$ assembly. Circly modelling with an $80$ kN SADT produces a

bottom tensile strain of $0\mathrm{.}000075.$ The desired project reliability of $95\%$

and the shift factor is $6.$
