Using the vision framework discussed in class and the etext, please create a vision framework for yourself. What do you want to accomplish in your life and how are you going to do it? Hopefully you have a strong underlying why that supports your personal vision. The vision framework is the glue that brings your why together with the how and helps create a plan for you to attain your vision. You vision should be something positive, ambitious, and inspirational. Your vision framework must be unique to you. Using the template provided, create a one-page submission of your own personal vision framework. The framework must include: 1) Your vision for your own future 2) Your current mission 3) At least three (3) critical success factors (CSF) for achieving your mission 4) At least one (1) key performance indicator (metric) for each critical success factor; and, 5) At least one core process for each key performance indicator 6) Alignment from vision to core processes must be demonstrated
