COMPANY & STRATEGY -The employee satisfaction survey reveals that four years ago, a greater number of employees felt that the company's mission and vision were integral to the decision-making process. However, recent data shows a disappointing decrease in these numbers, dropping from 71% to 60% over the past four years. This drop is an indication that leadership has not evolved and created a long-term strategic plan that employees are willing to rally behind. The goal is to make each decision, while considering the company's mission and vision for the future. The desired result will be improved decision making from the leadership. We need to identify when and why our employees perceive that we have diverted from our core values and have started making decisions that don't align with our company's beliefs. Moving forward, we are committed to addressing these concerns and ensuring that every employee feels they are a vital part of our overarching goals.
