Identified Trends The main trend that can be identified here is that more employees said yes and were more satisfied four years ago, then the number reduces in the 2 years ago and then reduces to the current year. This shows that employees demand and needs from their companies have increased significantly and now employees want more job security, proper compensation, more benefits, flexible work schedules, ethics, encouraging culture, participative management, engaging tasks, etc. from their company. So, the focus area of 'Praise and Recognition' and 'Recognition and Rewards' has the most significant changes as employees now they are highly dissatisfied with the company as they are facing low self-esteem in their work.
