Question 1:Suki frequently posts tweets about her unhappiness at work and makes derogatory comments about her manager. Does her employer have the right to control what she tweets? Why? What might the employer do?

Question 2:You were recently promoted to a management position. One of your first tasks is to discipline one of your staff for an ongoing tardiness problem. What information do you need prior to the discipline meeting, and how would you conduct the meeting?
