Using visual studio and the C# language

Develop a simplified Blackjack game. Create a deck of 51 cards, 17 each of threes, sevens, and tens. Deal two cards face down to the player and two cards to the computer, one face up and one face down. Allow the user to turn over the players card by clicking on them. The user will hit the H key to get another card and the S key to stop drawing cards. The player loses if his total is greater than 21. If not the dealer draws cards until the dealers total is greater than 16. The dealer loses if her total is over 21. Otherwise the one with the greater score wins.

Hint: You may assume each person can draw up to 5 cards. Create an array 2 by 5 to hold 10 rectangles.
