points identified in question $1.$ Attempt to analyse the system in more depth

$($using TOC principles$)$ to identify one weakest link. This will be the one

problem that arguably causes the other weak points to exist. Using all the

steps suggested in the TOC, recommend solutions that will probably

eradicate the weakest link and put the organisation on a road of ongoing
