Using VVenc$$ in github as well as uvg$266$ in github, study and compare their performance in relation to PSNR$,$ Bitrate and execution time, for two different presets. For$$ the comparison select two $.$yuv files from the UVG Dataset in ultravideo.fi and encode the first $100$ frames.

Specifically:

$$ Encode the $2$ videos with faster and medium presets for VVenc and$$ superfast and medium for uvg$266.$ In all cases take care of$$ quantization parameter $($QP$)$ to be $32.$

$$ Record bitrate, bitrate and PSNR for each encoding$$ and compare the results produced. In the report you must$$ state the command you used for each encoding.

$$ Choose $4$ parameters in each encoder and explain why and how$$ their values $$in the different presets affect the measurements you get.

Note: For whichever video you choose, it is recommended that you choose the version with the following$$ features: Resolution $1920$x$1080,$ Bit depth $8,$ Format YUV, Container RAW.
