Overview Our group was tasked with evaluating Sales Tech's sales force and offering recommendations to make the sales force more effective. We completed the evaluations through Excel and analyzed the raw data to assess any necessary recommendations. After performing the analyses on the data, we were able to come up with conclusions for Sales Tech. We found that the size of the household does not affect the salesperson's satisfaction with their role and that satisfaction is relatively equal across all household sizes. Shown in Figure 1 is the Average Salesperson Satisfaction vs. Household Size. Furthermore, salespeople with more people in their household were found to receive more bonuses throughout the year. This would improve the morale among the salesforce since units sold is a factor that positively affects satisfaction, as shown in Figure 4 which compares salesperson's satisfaction to their total units sold in the fiscal year. Salespeople will have more opportunity to earn rewards as a team, or individually, to ameliorate the spirits of salespeople with a lower satisfaction rate.
